Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt or homemade kefir- see our recipe here
  • 1 banana sliced length wise (or fruit of your choice)
  • 1/4 cup granola or your favourite gluten free cereal
  • 1 tsp raw cocao
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • Preparation: 5 minutes to make. Fermentation over 24-48 hours
  • Cooking: nil
  • Serves 1

METHOD:

  1. Mix cocoa and cinnamon with  1/2 a cup of Kefir or yogurt in a bowl
  2. Arrange banana in glass ( or other fruit sliced)
  3. Layer plain yogurt/ Kefir with cocoa version
  4. Top with granola, additional fruit or cereal
  5. Enjoy this beautiful, simple recipe for breakfast, as a snack or dessert
