By using the Website, you acknowledge and confirm you have read and understood these Terms including any policies referenced and/or available by hyperlink and agree to abide by them.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Athlete Sanctuary. The term “you” refers to any user of our site, services or purchaser of our products.

Individuals under the age of 18 years of age are not permitted to use our services or products without the express permission and supervision of a parent and/ or guardian.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. 1 There is no professional relationship formed between us unless you explicitly choose to work with us by purchasing our services or products.

1.2 We really enjoy helping people but we still reserve the right to refuse services or products to anyone, at any time.

1. 3 We do not authorise the use of our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violation of any laws in your jurisdiction through their use.

1.4 Whilst we would hate to say goodbye, a breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services and access to our products.

2.1 All content of the Website is protected by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright laws and is owned by the Athlete Sanctuary or used by us. 5. PRODUCTS, SERVICES and REFUNDS

5.1 All products and services delivered to you through the AS are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind.

5.2 Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit or refuse the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

5.3 In the event that we make a change to or cancel your appointment with a healthcare practitioner, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time you made an appointment.

5.4 Prescribed medications dispensed from our clinic locations will not incur additional fees or charges unless postage is required. Postage charges will be advised at the time of consultation if required.

5.5 There is no refund for any services or products provided by AS.

5.6 Cancellation fees apply (50% of cancellation fee) for heathcare related appointments if less than 24 hours notice is provided.

5.7 Should technically issues occur during zoom or skype appointments the appointment may be rescheduled without additional costs to you.

5.8 Should you experience any unforeseen reactions to any products prescribed by us, you agree to notify us immediately. In the unlikely event of an anaphylaxis reaction you agree to seek emergency medical care immediately.

5.9 All products prescribed are for you and you alone. In the best interests of safety and efficacy, you must not give any of your prescribed products to family members or friends.

6. CHANGES TO SERVICES, PRODUCTS, and WEBSITE

6.1 AS reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue, restrict access to or delete the information, services and products available through the Website at any time without prior notice.

6.2 AS reserves the right to modify and alter the pricing of our services and products at any time. You agree to check the Website for current pricing prior to making an appointment.

6.3 We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services or products.

7.1 Certain content, products and services available via our service may include materials from third-parties or external links to third party providers that are not affiliated with us. For example, links to our online booking system, online medications dispensary service, pathology and functional testing services or other health related websites.

7.3 We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

7.4 Please carefully review the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the third-party.

7.5 Your permission to access third party products or services on your behalf will be requested prior to establishing any arrangements and associated costs will be disclosed by the third party. Payment for products or services, provided by third parties should be made directly with the service provider unless otherwise stated.

As each individual responds differently to treatment, testimonials are not suggestive of anticipated results and do not provide a guarantee of outcomes for patients.

8.2 If you send submissions to us (for example testimonials, suggestions, comments or feedback) with or without a request from us online, you agree that we may, at anytime, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us.

8.3 We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence, to pay compensation for any comments, or to respond to any comments.
