Ingredients

1 cup yogurt or homemade kefir- see our recipe here

1 banana sliced length wise (or fruit of your choice)

1/4 cup granola or your favourite gluten free cereal

1 tsp raw cocoa

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

Mix cocoa and cinnamon with  1/2 a cup of Kefir or yogurt in a bowl

Arrange banana in glass ( or other fruit sliced)

Layer plain yogurt/ Kefir with cocoa version

Top with granola, additional fruit or cereal
