Main Ingredients
- 1 cup yogurt or homemade kefir- see our recipe here
- 1 banana sliced length wise (or fruit of your choice)
- 1/4 cup granola or your favourite gluten free cereal
- 1 tsp raw cocao
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Preparation: 5 minutes to make. Fermentation over 24-48 hours
- Cooking: nil
- Serves 1
METHOD:
- Mix cocoa and cinnamon with 1/2 a cup of Kefir or yogurt in a bowl
- Arrange banana in glass ( or other fruit sliced)
- Layer plain yogurt/ Kefir with cocoa version
- Top with granola, additional fruit or cereal
- Enjoy this beautiful, simple recipe for breakfast, as a snack or dessert
