These sweet leaves are a great source of vitamin B1 and B2, folate, B6, K, vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), vitamin C, E, copper, potassium, manganese, iron, magnesium, fibre, calcium and phosphorus. Now that’s a lot of nutrient packed into a tiny leaf! I love adding them to smoothies, salads and soups!
